I’m at Dell Headquarters in Austin, Texas and I just came across your post. I'm sorry to hear that it was such a hassle to get the shipping address issue corrected. A customer service rep should have been able to have that information changed the first time you spoke to them. There should be a way to get a person on the line if none of the options fit are what you’re looking for so if you send me for I’ll see what’s going on with it.

As for the system not performing adequately, I’d be glad so see if I can offer any assistance in configuring it. I would just need some details on what programs you’re running and what the issues are.
