Oh, yummy...steam the lobster tails, take the meat out,chop, mix with the roasted peppers, goat cheese, and a little mayo, line a baking dish with the puff pastry, fill the puff pastry with the lobster mix and cover with more puff pastry and bake...make a dill saucy with fresh dill, lemon juice and mayo.YUMMY....serve with a side salad of left over veggies...and sip the hand-me-down Chardonnay!
